Welcome to Butterfly Influence Media (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By accessing our website, funnels, booking pages, or by purchasing any of our services, you (“you,” “client,” “customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.


1. Services Provided

Butterfly Influence Media provides the following services:

Video production

Content creation

Editing and post-production

Social media management

Paid ads management

Funnel building

Consulting and strategy

Virtual assistant (VA) services

The exact scope of work is determined by the service package, written proposal, or agreement made between us and the client.


2. No Guarantees

We do not offer or imply any money-back guarantees, performance guarantees, or specific outcome guarantees.
Marketing performance varies based on factors outside of our control including market conditions, client resources, and advertising platforms.


3. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Butterfly Influence Media are non-refundable.
This applies to:

Deposits

Retainers

Project fees

Monthly service fees

Any digital or creative work

Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


4. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule appointments at no charge.
We ask that you notify us as early as possible to allow us to adjust our schedule.

If a client repeatedly misses or reschedules sessions without notice, we reserve the right to pause or terminate services.


5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or proposal.
Work may be paused if invoices are unpaid or overdue.

If payment plans are offered, all deadlines must be met for work to continue.


6. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

All creative content — including video files, edits, scripts, graphics, captions, or digital assets — remains the property of Butterfly Influence Media until:

All invoices are paid in full

Any agreed-upon outstanding amounts are cleared

Once fully paid, ownership transfers to the client.

We may retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, social media, or advertising materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.


7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information needed for the project

Communicate promptly and clearly

Provide timely access (accounts, branding, product info, etc.)

Obtain rights or licenses for any materials they submit to us

Follow platform policies when using content or ads we produce

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information, slow responses, or lack of access.


8. Use of Tools & Platforms

We may use secure service providers to organize or deliver services, such as:

GoHighLevel

Acuity Scheduling

Monday.com

Stripe

These tools are used solely for operational purposes such as scheduling, organization, communication, and payment processing.


9. Advertising, Results & Platform Compliance

We follow best practices, but we cannot control:

Meta/TikTok/Google platform decisions

Account bans, ad disapprovals, or performance fluctuations

Client’s internal systems, sales process, or fulfillment

The client is responsible for following all policies of any advertising platforms used.


10. Confidentiality

Any materials or information shared with us for project purposes will be kept confidential and used solely for delivering the contracted services.


11. Limitation of Liability

Butterfly Influence Media is not liable for:

Lost revenue

Lost opportunities

Platform outages or technical issues

Delays caused by third-party platforms

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.


12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Payments are overdue

Client behavior is abusive or unprofessional

Required information or access is not provided

Any amounts paid are non-refundable.


13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
